    hi nicole , I have a private message in my in box , but can't seem to do anything with it or reply ? not sure what I'm doing wrong ?

    the reply button is there but nothing happens?

      After you've entered your message in the text box hit submit and the message will send. To confirm it's sent you can check your "Sent Items" folder. -- is that working for you?

        works good on ipone , but not on ipad thanks
