    Fed analysis of grains and oilseeds for the next year.

    This is an analysis done by the Market analysis division of Agrifood Canada. It's interesting that they don't see any real drop in prices, despite seeing pretty significant production increases. They are predicting these increases in the face of the weather/climate related concerns about moisture that have been mentioned across Canada, the western and southeastern States.

    They do talk about the cost of inputs as being a factor in production but don't believe it will affect yields.

    I think they are being a little optimistic. I hope we all can be.

    i find it hard to beleive they are predicting larger production.
    considering the moisture levels last spring compared to this one.
    im guessing at least 1/2 the prairies has been in a drought since august 1st
