FPC fax sell order problems

I sold some CPS wheat through my local elevator yesterday and they faxed the order in . Today the CWB claimed it received no order even though the grain company has confirmation it was sent. Apparently I'm not the only one having this problem. Anyone else experiencing the same problem or care to comment.

It hasn't happened recently but I had a neighbour phone a grain co. to put in a fpc and when he went to use he found he didn't have a fpc.

The manager's been making it up to him since in trucking premiums.

When I fax in an fpc I phone the cwb within a day to ensure its been processed.

The elevator company did phone to confirm and the board denied they received the order.
