    If I was American?

If I was an American farmer after today's report I would be taking back my bean seed and getting more corn.
Corn is crop to grow in the USA this year.
Wheat is up in acreage but a good old cold snap could clean up that mess.
Beans the USDA know how to kill a market faster than any thing on earth and here we go.
    Watch for the Canadian report!
That should be good for a laugh.
But its simple every one knew the Winter wheat plantings were high and Durum plantings would be high. Come on if you can lock in a profit you would grow it.

What is the USDA's # on spring wheat? The northern plains and southern praries are very dry.
Argentine farmers are going to watch beans values plummit for a short while.

Purhaps if they strike again it could give us a pricing opportunity, but they cannot strike forever so I think the striking is done. Should we take back our canola seed now also?

Replace some canola acres with mustard? Mustard looks to be a much better bet than canola now in many areas. .38/lb act of god, full production - higher net and lower risk/fert than canola, jmo.
