Your above indications that the CWB pays less... for higher quality HRS... should disturb any person who values freedom, integrity, and honesty.
We have paid big time over the past 20 years to maintain our CDN system with lower yields, higher discounts on grade spreads... all for a discount sales system.
Western Canada is a residual supplier of wheat... which means unless you as a customer are really stuck... you buy from other suppliers... or you buy this produce at an expected discount price... expecting poor service and unreliable delivery.
Customers take 'designated area' grain growers for granted... and we have not built the relationship with them on respect or integrity... but on an expectation of second class logistics and unreliable delivery of contracts.
