Very spoty, but just as the USDA web sites reported 3 weeks ago this area is getting spotty rains for the first time ime in over 45 days. Nothing to be overly excited about but a chance may exist for some in this small area of western Canada! The jet steam has changed and some moisture is starting to make it's way through here. Canadian forecasting is still a joke! WE will be still below average on about 8 mill acres - I know some of you think that this is a small area but- over 3 milion acres of canola is grown in this area I have been chirping about for too long.
