Diesel price effects railways?

Anybody care to speculate how much freight will rise in the future? Shipping (truck or rail) is going to be very expensive, will this raise the price of barley vs US corn moving north?

Have heard one of the reason grain companies/others being less agressive on new crop pricing is both railways and trucks are holding open the ability to add fuel surcharges at delivery.

On the livestock side, will be a year where cattle/pigs will go to the feed surplus areas/lowest cost. May be a year of more forage/lighter finishing weights for cattle.
