The people that have always gone after marketing choice started from the back and have work to try to change the way the CWB deals with its monopoly powers, this was protests, grain crossing the border which ended up in court and farmers going to jail, then the gov't, but yet no change in the way the all mighty CWB does business, now we are at the last stage of this issue and if its done with in the rules of the CWB act, we win a majority on the board after this election, we should hear no whinning from you left wing pinko commies, should we, because we beat you with in the rules of the game. For me, at the start of all this 15 years ago I just wanted change, now I don't give a rats ruiny if the CWB lives or dies. Rolf hope you win so things can change.

Agstar77:

Penner knows what the roadblocks are for the West's farming community. I've read some of his comments where he pointed out what some of those domestic roadblocks are.
Biut he's also shown a global perspective.
In this day and age, being able to connect the dots between Canada and the rest of the world is, ah, rather important, agstar.
But, I'm not surprised if your lobal thoughts run with something what I imagine as agstarish:
"I just wanna sit down on my back forty and let the Board sell my grain from their new office in Mazâr-e Sharîf."
