Lots of "0" degree temps for Alberta this morning!

Lots of "0" degree temps for Alberta this morning on environment Canada's website from Red Deer to Vermilion etc. Oh wait we have a bumper crop from one end of prairies to the other. We were hit by rain and it flattened fields again. the next 15 days look cold and rainy. Also check australia weather it froze something like ten times in the month of august isn't their canola blooming and wheat flowering but their on their way to producing a 24 million ton crop. Argentina is dry. Europe grew a big crop but have poor quality. And a lot of people swath last week to combine this week now with rain watch for sprouting. Is all this BS crop reporting happening because its a Election year in USA,India or Don't they really want to tell the truth so rampant panicking happens. We sure anent building stocks at the rate were going.

South of Red Deer it touched 0. Windshield on a car in the yard needed to be sc****d at 6am. Perhaps the saving grace was everything was wet from the showers earlier in the day.
Yet this week they call for two more nights of 0 lows. Canola could take a major hit - will see. My winter wheat should be ok, as well as the barley. Yet in this area, lots of green wheat fields, and barley fields.
Of course will just have to wait and see!

SE Sask near Kenossee...raining, gloomy, bookish weather. Changed from angry wasps to clinging flies. Has to freeze to settle.

btw, where is Wd9 with his weather report? Sitting a spell cooling his heels in the clink for being graded too clever?

-2C at my place this morning - Rimbey AB. Next 7 days calling for lows -1C to -3C every night! This area has lots of heavy green crops. Haven't seen anything swathed yet let alone combined around me.
