I noticed in the year end release Larry Hill stated that most american farmers sold their durum last year for 6-7 dollars per bushel - before the big increase.
Could you comment on the fact most american farmers priced their durum for up to $15/bu in feb 08 and are now still getting $11-13 while we are getting $5 and the pro might take us to $9 in a year and a half from now?
Since the CWB legal beagles argue the CWB has NO 'duty of care' to Designated area growers... and the CWB insists the 'single desk' is their one and only asset... one must ask how much value the CWB places on 'good will' and farmer 'loyalty'!
The long and short of the CWB strategy... is that 'good will' and farmer 'loyalty' are worthless... and commercial grain growers who are the principal customers the CWB will need from a 'good will' and farmer 'loyalty' perspective...
HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE FRUSTRATED OR PURTURBED WITH PRESENT CWB MANAGEMENT.
HOW ON EARTH CAN THE CWB 'B.O.D.' ARGUE THEY ARE DOING 'DUE DILLEGENCE' IN USING THIS STRATEGY???
iSN'T THE POSITION THE CWB IS CHOOSING... SUICIDAL???
FOOLISH?
ABOVE ALL... JUST PLAIN 'BAD MANAGEMENT' THAT YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF?
pRESIDENT WHITE... WHAT ARE WE PAYING YOU TO DO... BE A CHAIR WARMER?
