cotton, I have consistently admired your brightness,coupled with your industry. As well, your ideas and widened view are dynamically interesting to many, including me.

I have browsed many of your notions, and will continue to do so, but I have also browsed chaff's, and brenda's and larry's and silverback's and so on.

Each one of us has things to offer, and learning to truly 'appreciate' the smorgasboard of opposing thoughts, is perhaps often the greatest benefit of having an old mind, but I have the notion that young minds, with a tendency for running on the new version, that are also disciplined to appreciate, are more able to widely influence.

2. ....And yes, anyone who thinks they can make things better usually wants to influence.Can your own advice/counsel/knowledge actually help/improve/teach? If the answer is yes, you probably want to influence.
