    Author Topic: 50 dollar flax
cottonpicken Reply posted Jun 28, 2008 12:55 Accidently interupted another thread,i'll start a new one.

I like to be conservative in my calls and so i'll stay low with 50 bucks.

    Timeline one year.

If the exchanges still traded it,it would be higher.

Am i copping any mainstream analysts?
I dont bother reading them much any more.

    What do you think LarryW?
    Farmlinks?
    Western producers people?
    Lee?
    Charlie?
Fran?bucket(i know you two want to say 49 or 51)

Lets put out some hard numbers and show those cwb people how easy it is.

what did the japanese do in their last meltdown? i know they took interest rates to zero but i don't think they radically increased their money supply.

The world has no choice but to embrace inflation. .50 interest cut.By the end of next year rates will rise to fight runaway inflation. The U.S. has 40 Trillion in debt. Thats more than the entire world stock market.

Deflation is the first worry, the entire western world is worried about it esp. nations with big debts. Takes a lot more real dollars to pay. The systems that are set up will not work with deflation. It will eventually turn to an inflationary cycle and when they try to slow it down, hold on to your hat.

You mentioned Weber, cott. He did say the market was "broken" on this site, before most knew there was a problem, as I recall. I admit I festered a touch at his comment, but he was dead on at the time, and I have to give credit where credit is due. Have you ever tried giving someone their due, or is it yet to be installed in your 'code of conduct' page once you minimize your page named 'ego'?

Would you like other examples of other people?

Perhaps it is old. But the good thing is it's learned there are many other minds, and none are 100% right and none are 100% wrong.

Well thank you very much for trying to marginalize my opinions by giving me such a flatering label.

cotton, I have consistently admired your brightness, coupled with your industry. As well, your ideas and widened view are dynamically interesting to many, including me.

I have browsed many of your notions, and will continue to do so, but I have also browsed chaff's, and brenda's and larry's and silverback's and so on.

Each one of us has things to offer, and learning to truly 'appreciate' the smorgasboard of opposing thoughts, is perhaps often the greatest benefit of having an old mind, but I have the notion that young minds, with a tendency for running on the new version, that are also disciplined to appreciate, are more able to widely influence.

Cotton , I respect and anticipate many of your views, as I do most everyone except Willagrow's, sory man you are so far left you are lost.
Cotton, you are a free marketing thinker but still somewhat support the Borg, why the contradiction in veiws?
