CWB 100% EPO... the great canadian rip off?

I see the PRO... isn't a real surprise... but I am surprised at how badly the CWB is ripping off growers on the 100% EPO!

OCT 17 EPO on CWRS 13.5... net $252.75
OCT 24 EPO on CWRS 13.5... net $236.25

Oct 17 PNW May 09 DNS 13.5... $370CDN (1.19exch.)
Oct 24 PNW May 09 DNS 13.5... $375CDN(1.25exch.)

Flax is up $50/t in the past week...

Basis is the same as in August 08 on milling wheat... freight rates has dropped through the floor (down 65%)...

Have I missed something?

Is this justified?

Point 3: Logical thought can't be used to understand the CWB basis. Freight and exchange rates mean nothing to the calculation.
