2.You need to find out if the Administration budget is under control....is it lower than the last five yr av?, or is it higher.

3. Is he pleased with the Admin Budget figure.

4. Will farmers will be pleased when the results are released. they must have a prelim by now.

5. If he won't agre, you can take it as a bad figure.
