    So, It's harvest time...

    and I say to the boys, you know we're running out of bin space, maybe we should sell a little cps or canola off the combine to help out our problem. However, every elevator from here to Churchill is not taking anything in. Nothing.

    Can someone please explain how this is so? What in the bloody hell have these people been doing while we were all waiting to finally get started? As the one neighbor said, "These elevators should have been bone dry". I know it is probably somehow the wheat boards fault, but even I think it is a bit of a stretch to say it is all their fault. Is it the terminals, railways, unions, etc...?
