The conservatives have two strategies for the cwb.

1. Make it voluntary or eliminate it altogether thru an act.

2. If that doesn't work enact it across canada.

That would force the opposition to play their cards one way or another.

The NDP, as in Sask, HATES rural folk. We are an inconvenient lot, they wish we would disappear.
