There is talk of combining the 2 lawsuits together. While that would make sense on the surface I'm concerned that I will then get to pick up the legal tab for the friends of the CWB challenge as well. If the friends want to go down the legal challenge path then they should be responsible for picking up the tab with their own lawyers. Who knows the board is likley already slipping them money under the table.

The CWB has intervenor status on the Friends case anyway. Begs the question why are they doing their own case as well?

Burb, do you know the difference between an
internal and external audit? An internal audit is
like when the fox counts the chickens and issues
a statement to the farmer that everything is A-Ok.
An external audit is like when the farmer enters
the chicken coup equipped with a shotgun and
counts the chickens. If there are missing
chickens, the fox is in trouble.

The real conspiracy is why every gov't department
is subject to an external audit except the CWB.
