Vermillion area of northern alberta. Home to

Ya 395 for each of the 3 open quarters. The 4th
quarter had a good shop, gas, power good
sheltering trees that went for 580k

Who bought? Was the guy local or an investment company?

He is about 36yrs old, took the 3. His dad died a
couple years ago, was an only boy but has some
sisters. Runs his dads old 9870 combine on
about 1500 acres. He follows his dads canola
snow canola rotation for years and years. So had
some paid off land to borrow against which with
land value increases is what all the big and I
guess medium sized farmers are doing.
Leaveraging the valuable land for more. These 3
fit nicely into his farm's area.

I'm sure there was more than one bidder. What/who was the runner up bid? Would he be interested in farming farther south? LOL.

Obviously a neighbour or two who bid the bid up to there, it did not get there by itself? Assessment was?
