I am a new owner of a Samsung Galaxy, never owned one of these units before seems I cannot get onto internet half the time I want and then every 4th day have to take battery out and put back in so if someone trying to call me they are screwed. I have to vote this phone down. Makes me wonder why I am paying for the internet package. Then yesterday I wanted to respond to a Agriville topic and the dam phone would not let me. Is this all typical of all phones? Should I demand a new phone? Owned it since just before harvest.

Funny my Blackberry is in the last days of
its three year contract. Must be a chip in
phone to shut down things. All of a sudden
it quits charging then turns off and on
its own. Time to move on I guess. Good to
here the Samsung isn't all its cracked up
to be. I guess its a iPhone. November 8th.

I have had an Iphone since april and it has been working great, yes there is dropped calls and sometimes I can't get on the internet but over all I am satisfied with it. When I purchased it I also purchased a lifeproof phone case which is waterproof, dustproof and shock proof...basically farmer proof, I would highly recomend getting this case....it was not cheap but it has saved my phone more than once already. I really think Sasktel's problem is that there phone tower infastructure can't keep up with all the new smart phones that have been sold....just out of curiosity has anyone noticed that there smart phones really slow down after school is let out for the day?

Really does slow down right after school is out.
As do the bars on my iPhone. I have an Otter
case which not only is durable, but I get better
bars. Without the otter case, am lucky to get two
bars. The iPhone is too vulnerable on the farm
without, say, an Otter protection. Also have a
Zagg keyboard for the IPad. Protection and
convenience. pars
