    If you get 60 at the beginning before
    they seed and then 60 in fall they
    fulfilled their arrangement. If its a
    three year deal and your get two years
    paid. then your still ahead. Throw them
    out if they don't pay have a stipulation
    in on dates. Pay your lawyer to set it
    up don't do a hand shake.
    Just a simple thing Don't over spend on
    your own and need their rent check.

      Cash Lease Agreement
      This lease made in duplicate the
      ____________________ between
      hereinafter called the “landlord” being
      the registered owner of Land described
