state the name of the winner. In the case of a tie,
the local US determine and declare the winner I
believe I read somewhere. Adam, do you know,
off the cuff? or silver ? Or Tom?

Not so sure Sandy will help obama, from what I ve
been seeing, people arent getting food and water,
it all depends how much of that CBS, ABC, NBC,
CNN broadcast.
The Libya storey has been successfuly sequestered
by the Corupt media, and will affect turnout little,
those watching Fox, will already be voting R.
