I don't know if you and hlg/burb/willy

will ever be happy...

"Many persons have a wrong idea of what constitutes true happiness. It is not attained through self-gratification but through fidelity to a worthy purpose."

Helen Keller

Honest folks... who work for freedom and liberty won't be sidetracked by discouraging rabble.

This is appropriate on this date - 225 years ago:

THOMAS JEFFERSON, letter to William Stephens Smith, November 13, 1787.
The Papers of Thomas Jefferson, ed. Julian P. Boyd, vol. 12, p. 356 (1955).

"Yet where does this anarchy exist? Where did it ever exist, except in the single instance of Massachusetts? And can history produce an instance of a rebellion so honourably conducted? I say nothing of it's motives. They were founded in ignorance, not wickedness. God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, and always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to the importance of the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty. And what country can preserve its liberties, if it's rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure."

Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826)

In 2012, today's arms have become the Internet and social media.

For multiple generations the freedom of marketing choice on capital produced within the CWB jurisdiction was removed, my Dad always felt it was stolen but in reality the Act of Parliament removed our rights in a legal manner, it was the will of the nation to do so. Indeed, the marketing choice was removed by the Government of Canada and given to the CWB. We now have this right returned to the individuals who produce the grain thanks to the Conservative government.

When marketeting in a free model, using market advisors, brokers, or making the decision independent of a broker the freedom to chose the buyer remains that of the individual. It is a process:
know what you have to sell, and amount of the commodity you want to sell, find your price, (be it by using advisors, brokers or direct negotiation, pick your buyer, and do the contract! This is not stealing, it is part of a business contract in a free world.

I believe a reasonable person would retract the accusation.

Haveapulse,

If we had 'reasonable' folks... there would be no: hate... war... greed... arrogance...or fear.

Some day... I am looking forward to such a world! "Do unto others as you would have done to yourself!

Cheers!

Hey cotton . . . think it's time for you
to put a little thought where your mouth
is . . .

This is just a friendly wager. Let's
place our very best guess on where
precious metal prices will be next
spring . . . lets say April 1st.

My guess . . gold $1,550 per oz
silver 27.50 per oz

Now just give it your best moonshot
guess. let me know . . . .

Which is why we are called to be as shrewd as serpants while being as innocent as doves; in this age.

Never a more exciting time to be alive!

4.5 months is a pretty short term timeline.

Seeing as how its been annualizing at 20% a year for
the past decade a little bit of a break is expected.

My comments were in the context of people who talk
about gold but have never owned or understand its
true function in the market.

When it goes over 3500(eventually) things will
become more clear to more people,i suspect.

So i'll stab at 1900 by april.

Silver is a much more unpredictable animal.
