world is getting more and more hungry it

Sorry to burst your bubble BURP but there's always freighters anchored in English Bay. When English Bay gets full they anchor in Cowichan Bay and its a rare day there aren't some over there too. And they're not all waiting to take on grain. Lots of things move out of Vancouver by boat.
