    Regulation is not inherently socialist.
I'm very pro immigration as it will be
the only hope us younger generation have
of paying off the life style you
socialist (health care, cpp ect) boomers
have mortgaged us with. If you want to
come here and buy a farm & operate
it..fill your boots. Start a small
    business and operate it...fill your
    boots. Build a (insert infrastructure
here)...fill your boots. But if you want
to come over here and lord of over
    people or resources without INVESTING
in improvements and send your your
profits either out of this country or to
    a tax shelter...go **** yourself. That's
    not socialism, that's fiscal
responsibility, last time I checked a
conservative value. I've now told my 3rd
"investor" this month to go pack sand on
land rent knowing their regular patsies
have gone tits up. I'll wait a couple of
year and make cheaper mortgage payments
on that land while still having some
money left to bury the rocks, drain the
water and clear some trees and make the
land better...that is the proper use of
    the word investing.
