things. Cancel Producer subscription. And realize
that Agritrend is very adept at self promotion.
1 good thing about being "too small". I'm below
their price point.

Hopper, I have a point. Let the neighbors keep
talking up yeilds in the area in case someone
does come around to make offers for renting.
On the same premise that astrologist type
companies suggest they will make you money, a
person wants to rent/buy land where he thinks he
can make money. Is kind of like a passive sales
pitch. The neighbours do all the bragging and it
makes your area appealing.

After reading that article in the producer it would
seem that both Agritrend and the editor of the
Western Producer are lacking basic math skills.

Are they doing things in the farmers best interest
or their own to grab attention with a BS cover
story.........
