Five (5) Causes that led to Oil's Collapse

This is a very well written article by John Kemp of Thompson Reuters that offers a clear, but simplified reasoning for oil's global collapse.

Good article. Get the feeling oilseed market has entered similar phase. Usda reported today world stocks of 89 million tonnes, compares to 66 million last year. I think we have passed the tipping point. Oilseed market should take heed of what could possibly happen. If demand for corn by ethanol sector starts to wane, it could be the death knell for gain prices. It wasn't that long ago that demand for corn by ethanol was virtually zero.

just wondering why there is no mention of russian exports. as i understand oil and gas revenues generate over 50% of state revenue. being the largest producer globally at over 10 million bpd thats got to sting.

          Two more simplistic points.

Deception - supply diminishing ---- LMAO

Suppression - alternative energy beyond fossil fuel - I guess they mentioned biofuel in the article but no mention of solar, wind etc. check out a guy named Doug Linman. His Solar Liquid Power along with many others with similar tech will take us out of the fossil fuel age.

I found interesting and balanced "confessions of a greenpeace dropout" by Patrick Moore, RKaiser.
Sensible exposure of solar wind power among other things.

Pretty good stuff blackpowder. Sticking to the energy thing, I would agree with the renewables like wood and hydro and certainly not a fan of Gore or any of the global warming BS. Carbon is needed, concentration is a challenge. Bin to China and the sun is having a hard time reaching the windows. The problem with oil is more about money, control and greed, and of course the footprint/pollution. And this money has been used to suppress alternatives until those who control the money figure out how to control the "new."

As for the solar, I would like to invite you to watch the first 40 minutes of this video with a couple of friends I am working with at New Earth Nation. Doug is sending his tech into space in March, I believe, and we are seeking investment to make it mainstream.

Careful not to watch the whole video as you might get nightmares.

Crude inventories came out, they where double for caste and now are at record highs.

                Pretty worried about ethanol myself.

Russian losses are somewhat offset by the currency decline.

Russia has a chance to bury the petro dollar and the banking cabal, and change the world for the better by selling oil for even less money. A couple of months should do it.
