saw a shower came through Daysland a few days ago... you doing OK? Peas turning fast here! Some very short peas on tough land in your country. Hope harvest goes good... will come quick this year the way things are going!!!

Don't know about your region Horse but I always thought AB Ag used the craziest groupings of regions in these reports. Our area was "Airdrie, Rimbey, Coronation, Oyen" Pairing up one of the highest precipitation areas in the province with one of the driest. Conditions at Oyen will almost never be the same as they are at Rimbey.

Hemp buyers offer new crop contracts with an act of God. I suspect a very good yeilding crop may have risk of carryover and softer prices if a person is not contracted.

Thanx for asking Tom. Yes the solonetzic north got real short. And less rain. 4-6 peas per plant on the worst. Although I have some short peas on the chernozem base stuff south as well. Guess green blockies just didnt like the weather this year. Saved fungicide. Shame, best densities ive ever had.
Some guys just west sprayed already. Mine not for 7-10 days yet.
