Wheat and feed grains

Not seeing much about feed grain and wheat relationship to recent lower livestock and oil prices.
Hear that half US corn crop goes for ethanol, wonder if that is likely to change.
Also, what do livestock futures price declines mean for production and feed grain usage?

#1 cattle numbers can fall faster than they can rise

#2 whether the 500 lb. calf is $2.00/lb or $3.00/lb it still eats the same amount of feed, likely the only variable will be how long(light carcass weight versus heavy carcass weight)it stays on feed.
