    U.S. Profarmer Crop Yield Estimates Tour results - lower than USDA estimates.

    Not great news but I guess it could have been worse for grain prices.

    It looks like the USDA is very high on their yield estimates for corn and soybeans. I just read this column from Thomsons Reuters.

    It's stil going to be a killer crop regardless of the numbers. Crops in Canada are super large, according to some. Prices aren't going to be good unless you somehow find some good quality stuff. Most durum I've heard is 3 to feed. One guy had a field of 24% fuzz, hope he has a backhoe, start digging. This yr could break Crap Insurance!!

      Fricken Durum is the tiny premium worth it.

        Crop Ins was screwed the day they came out with lentil coverage - let alone the perfect storm they are now facing

              Interesting to see what guys will do next yr with high fuzz levels this yr?? My guess is durum ac will never decrease, especially with all the pulse ground available for next yr.
