    Hey guys! So whats the deal with CGC license there days? can someone buy grains without dealer license and send overseas?

        Yeah, when method of payment is cash pre shipment when buying from producers! thats pretty much what grain dealer would mean. I was wondering if there is any restriction against that?

          Buying for cash is one thing, no one does that!

          Why would you sell to some one that isn't licensed?
          Why aren't they licensed is the biggest concern.
          How does a ponzu system work?
          What's a pyramid scheme?
          At some point ....

          Taxation?
          Corporate structure?
          Reporting requirements for the Canadian Grain Commision?
          Etc

            Care to explain licence and bonding to us. Reporting structure. Then tell Nabor seeds producers how they are protected.

                If you pay cash on delivery you don't have to be licensed. If you store product owned by other people, you do, that's what I understand.
