    Oil prices

Looking at crude and refined product futures prices, markets say between five and ten percent price increase within year's time.
Liberal govt idea to regulate oil price through carbon tax seems like a throwback to earlier years when they tried to do same thing.
Recall buying fuel storage tank and paying for it with government announced price increases which were overshadowed by market price changes.
Wisest thing for Sask govt may be to go along with Alberta and reluctantly support carbon tax in return for federal govt facilitation of pipelines to tidewater.

Best thing Sask can do is threaten leaving Confederation. Imagine if Canada doesn't make it to 150 years and JT is to blame! Sask can do it on their own, but no one else can - they need to take ownership of that fact. Make Ontario and Frenchieland bend to your whim!

I always enjoy when separatism is considered the answer. It shows true intelligence.

Have you thrown all your toys out of the sandbox in this tantrum?

All this hand wringing over carbon tax, this morning the radio says gas went up .20 cents per liter in edmonton over night, whats that $40 per ton and no one is complaining. I feel if people would get off thier political bandwagon and look at the facts we could have a meaningful conversation other that my dad can beat your dad kind of thing.

I am just suggesting your best, albeit far gone, answer. There are plenty of people in the East that regard the West as peasants ripe for plucking and that you don't deserve any rewards from oil because no one lives out in that barren wasteland anyways. But if your fine with the status quo, just give JT and The Ontario Dyke the thumbs up. They gots lots of bills to pay with money from the West and are or so happy to take it. I've got a lot of highway and bridges being redone in this part of Ontario with money from the West (because Ontario has no money)...so keep it coming if you are all for it.

**** me for being an Easterner who actually likes and gives a shit about the West, eh?
