For Western Canadians the time is now. Separate or die. Ontario has a $300B dollar debt. Thanks to that and the Quebec debt, debt in Canada is bigger that the US on a per capita basis. The day is coming soon when they are headed to Ottawa for a bailout. Anyone have any spare change to bailout that?
