dumping the money back to the province is a pretty smart pre-emptive strike.

you have got to assume , that the province is supposed to do something green with the money.

very confusing, the whole thing, if we had a ten year drought , super hot , then we may be all onside.

Bring on an extra 50 cents a liter and many will manage their energy needs differently (myself included).

Its self defeating to mention just how one can do that; because it just gives time for those not interested in listening to thwart alternatives such as rendering carbon capture useless; protecting their entitlement; lifestyles; their non productive ways, recreational based time usage; jet setting and general way that the world is evolving into without any ability to survive on one's own without everything prepared and ready to eat and use.

Whole lot like being able to survive on one's own in a desert or Arctic.

Id love to see a massive carbon tax on all pickups and big SUVs on the road that have no business purpose. You know, the city types who wax their tires and beds of their pick up trucks.
