Do you want a pipeline or not?

Freeride Wally is pissed that an idiot like Trudeau is actually going to build the pipelines when after a decade of himself and wonderless Stevie they couldn't get it done.

The tax is bullshit but the reality is that it's what is required by the world for the pipelines to be built. Free ride is pissed that when he announces the next multibillion dollar deficit he will not be able to tax the shut out of us because with this tax no one will stand for another one.

Stupid Trudeau just outsmarted Wally but then again that's not hard to do. Name one original idea he has had other than extend welfare for oilworkers that he has had?

Enbridge's Line 9 started pumping 300000 barrels a day to Montreal from the oil sands in 2015, I believe that would be under Harper's watch. Other pipelines were completed under Harper but the media and people like yourself Rider prefer to ignore reality and pretend not one pipeline was completed under Harper. Harper's biggest mistake was his unwavering support for Keystone XL.

      Dumb question....

Does the carbon footprint of fossil fuels start at the wellhead or at the refinery?

It doesn't seem like a lot of pollution to extract oil and put it in a pipeline but when it gets to a refinery and beyond is the problem...if there is one.

        Thanks for the reminder.
Where is all the money from all this oil being pumped? Why are we broke?
Why is freeride making those non charismatic trips out east for the pipeline?

The answer is we re not getting what we should be out of this oil in fact I dread expansion because expansion is only good for those with a job in that industry because for the rest of us it means we pay the bill for the expansion. Gains that we have made over the years for the ag sector have been taken away by freeride and wonderless ie agristability, illegal land rent hikes. Etc etc. To pay for the expansion.

Take a look at world price of oil and what we are paying at the pumps. How and why are we broke?

Just a quick reality check for the Liberals.
Also I am not aware of any farmer that wants $10,000 added in costs due to a carbon tax, it sounds like the drama teacher hasn't even done an economic assessment of how it would effect Saskatchewan!
Brad Wall has huge support from all across the province with his stance it seems.

Its a Tax and you can put as much lipstick on it as you want its a Tax and farmers are going to pay.

Grass still thinks its not going to effect him but the rest of the farmers on here know this is one ugly Tax and it will add thousands to our bottom line.

With no way to pass it on.

Why are we broke with all these pipelines? Why is freeride on his hands and knees begging for the real pipeline? Too funny.

The carbon tax is all part of the equation whether you like it or not. And when you throw it in. The end game makes no sense. For anyone not in the oil industry directly.

You wanted the pipeline so now we re going to all pay for it.

And freeride must be cracked up because he's getting the pipeline that he claimed will save all of us but he knows it will not. He and wonderless had no clue how to get it done.

Your absolutely correct riders: it will take graft, extortion, palm greasing, and payoffs to get a pipeline built in Canuckistan. This is a pathetic country.

Trudeau got the Pacific NorthWest liquefied natural gas project in British Columbia approved in less than a year as PM, while Reformer Harper couldn't get XL approved in nine years because he thought he could tell Obama that "NO was not an option".

Harper with his massive ego felt he could tell the president of the USA what to do, which was his weakness of not being able to negotiate with other foreign leaders, and wasn't smart enough to realize that. Harper always came across smug and arrogant and that's why XL failed.

Either that, or people of principle believe that principle should not be sacrificed on a bad deal.

But the wetnurse riders, grassys, foragers and numb-chucks don't seem to be able to grasp this.

Agreed, Harper got nowhere at all. If Justin gets a pipeline to the East or maybe even south, good for Canada! Fossil fuels still fuel our economy. Without ample supply of distillates, the West and basically the whole world would turn into turd world pretty quick.
