Sk3, ever think about setting up a grain leg? Lots of them built here in the last few years, mostly corn growers. Taking corn off at 28%. Dryer running 24/7 pulling from wet bins and filling 50k bins. Practically run themselves.

Ours can run 24/7 but need a little man power. Yes two legs one to fill out of big bins and one back to big bins would be the next project. I have so many projects on the go. Oh did get the covered shed build on Saturday and Sunday. One project done.

Shit sorry, now that you mention it I remember you saying this in another thread.

We are much the same here... No field work done, odd field has gotten v-ditched. Too wet for a sc****r... too wet to do any cultivating really.

1 or 2 guys going with juice and they will have a lot of lumps in spring from the looks of things.

How does Borage stand up to weather? Odd field of it around here... my wifey grows it in flower beds. pretty flowers!

it has no adverse effects on it , in fact a nieghbor left half a field out a couple years ago and the GLA was higher on spring thrashed stuff than the fall thrashed . weather doesn't affect it .
