Looks like the NDP is running very close to the Rino Party in Alberta. Yea she is a dream queen.

Then Selfie Boy has similar problems out west Most people see through his bull shit and don't like him.

CBC tells canada a huge crowd came out to see Trudeau. Didn't mention the crowd outside that didn't like him was kind of big also.

Media bull shit in Canada is getting as bad as USA.

Maybe the Selfie king will realize he is full of shit over his head and not well liked.

But the thing that I can't believe is the stance the Local Saskatchewan NDP took agains Brad on the Carbon Tax. Why oh why if you are looking for support in Saskatchewan you can't figure out that the Carbon tax is a Tax that will hurt all in this province. It was the NDP time to gain back a little hope for the party ever getting back into power.

They now just look like a last place party that can't actually help the people of their province.

They were A great party that new how to get the vote out and ran such a amazing election events that I even was impressed. Now they run a shit show.

Based on the NDP votes in that election, they can now be called the 1 percenters.

Sad to see Saskatchewan provincial NDP make the foolish mistake of their Alberta socialist cousins and push for a carbon tax. The NDP in Sask live in another world and now and only represent union leaders, teacher unions, environmental activists and unemployable bums.

Like i posted earlier the NDP had it figured out how to run a party and control power. Any one who loves politics maybe doesn't agree with them but they ran such a awesome War room for elections books should be written about it.

The new NDP is a joke and are slowly slowly going down hill. Total wipe out could happen next time.

once great now lost in dust.

This carbon tax is a gift to the conservatives.
Can't image anyone voting to Justin next time.

Federally I see no conservative leadership candidates worth voting for.

I agree bucket , cons have no good leadership choices , though they will still get my vote as our new local MP with riding boundaries changing seems up to the job of representing us.

Trouble is, that is quickly becoming the majority. Add up all civil servants, unemployed, unemployable, students, etc. And they could elect a majority without one working person voting for the NDP.

Cool your jets, no big surprise here!

This riding has been held by a Progressive Conservative, Reformer, Alliance, and Conservative, since 1972, you of all people could have ran and won this seat. I would have bet the farm on the outcome of this one.

Remember Mitt Romney's comment something to the effect that 49% percent of voters wouldn't vote for him because they recieve some level of government support or income. Our modern western democracies only have one growth industry and that is government. Are we heading down the same path as the Roman Empire?

Not even close AF5. Even with 8% unemployment AB has 66% of the total population working. Many of the ones that aren't working of course are kids under voting age. Nothing close to being a "non-working" majority electing a Government.

So, can the two of you honesty say that neither of you have never received some sort of Canada Government program cheque in your mail box in the past?. GRIP AIDA, Agristability, WGSA, or do you belong to Agrivest, if so I guess you are both part of that 49%.

                          How quickly we forget.

Ahhh yes....there are makers and takers..... I would bet my farm that most producers make multitudes more than they take. I am grudgingly damn proud of my contribution to wealth creation for Canada. AND WE PAY TAX! AND LOTS TOO! more than some people earn....oh yeah, but I "deserve to pay my FAIR share"!

There is a whole Industry that relies on us. With more deadwood in it than anyone cares to admit. Subsidies!....too funny!

That is a good point, forage, is that most income in Canada is transferred by government rather than the product of innovation and hard work like 50 years ago. In addition to direct subsidies, most farmers are land speculators as well and they have had vast sums of wealth transferred to them by financial repression which is artificially low interest rates. Most, including myself, really have no clue what a market based economy looks like as we were not around in the 50's and 60's when Canada had one of those.
