I know because Rona Ambrose is the Interim leader she is not eligible to run but honestly she would be a great choice. Intelligent, articulate, professional with common sense and a rural background. She checks off alot of boxes for me. Whether or not she would be popular enough in the East to win an election is a question mark.

Maybe he could be the "Commander and Chief" of the "Republic of Saskatchewan". We have pretty much everything we need and can import what we don't have. Being land locked is going to pose a huge problem. Maybe we need to "annex" Alberta and British Columbia....or just the good parts.

And what is a legitimate Conservative?

The media and the left-wing parties will shred any candidate that shows her/himself to hold any views that differ from the corrupt and entrenched mainstream slop that passes for politics today.

Ask for fiscal cutbacks - cold-hearted beast. Call for personal responsibility - trampling on the underprivileged. Hold up moral integrity - certainly a phobic of some sort, stuck in the past.

And the intensity and depravity of their attacks is so severe that no person of normal stamina would even think of trying to run. They don't just mean to frighten you - they want to finish you off.

Until this country shows that there is a critical mass who understands that the mess we are in was created by selfish human nature exerting itself over a higher standard, there is no hope of returning to what we once had.

Oh boo hoo, you are getting as bad as Trump with claims there is no way that a Conservative can ever get elected with everything rigged against them - the media and the opposition all out to get them. Rather ignores the fact that we just came off a 9 year federal Conservative reign and a 43 year reign in Alberta - how were these even possible if everything was rigged? Time to man up and stop whining.

Manitoba and Sk just elected Conservative governments, what are you talking about? Obviously voters know when a government has done a poor job, that's why they sent Harper packing a year ago, give Canadians some credit.


Harper added $128 Billion to the national debt, I guess this is the type of leadership you had in mind. Maybe it's you that doesn't recognize poor government!
