    By combinations, would that be food combining? We have been trying that for years, and wow do I know when my food is NOT properly combined. Always had stress/digestion issues. Enzymes certainly help. Will try the pickle juice. Love beets, need more I guess. Lemons, apple cider vinegar, ginger all have benefits to health.
    Re cancer, long time back, read/seen that raising body temp, to like 105F would destroy cancer cells, perhaps this is microwaving?

      they only microwaved the affected area works for some fails for others I guess.

      my has got me on turmeric daily for my joints had each shoulder done a hip replaced knees sc****d ive got some form of arthritis in every joint in my body. perhaps as cotton alluded to could have been my diet growing up or falling off motorbikes or sport or rock climbing that was hard on the joints or just hard living and farming lifestyle who knows.

      anyway since on turmeric arthritic pain whilst still there seems to have lessended but according to her has to be fresh and I put it in my veg/fruit juice concoction I make in blender. Usually orange celery carrot watermelon ginger and turmeric. sometimes mint or green apple have it for breakfast 5 days a week other days have traditional eggs and bacon maybe I'm undoing the benefits of juice not sure.

      also cut beer out only once a week maybe twice and have red wine mostly, but summer is coming and nothing better after a 40c day than a cold beer but reality is should be cold water or juice.

        the problem is in the minerals,even if you eat healthy your not getting the minerals,no plant makes minerals,this is why we fertilize,plants only need 4-n-p-k-s,glad you guys rant city folk

        if you plant a potato in the same spot for a hundred years how many of the other 56 minerals are there?

        they did the work on this,the are government papers 80 years old saying houston we have a problem,the decline rate in minerals in plants is staggering

        when people had would stoves it was standard practise to use the wood ash as fertilizer for gardens,why?the tree would suck up the minerals from the ground,then the garden plants would suck them up,then the human would suck them up,and eventually give it back through piss and shit and dying

          It has always amazed me that we know exactly how to feed livestock every trace mineral and vitamin, and the outcomes of any deficiencies, we test their feed, have professionals develop rations. But for a human, we can't seem to agree what we are meant to eat, what we need, constantly change our opinion on what is good and what is bad.

              its the niacin,it literally fixes your brain,your brain is a few pounds and it uses like a third of your energy,or something like that

              and if you know anyone on a statin drug,stops the production of cholesterol in the liver,they do it to lower blood pressure,because they think thats the problem,lol,the dementia rate is like 100% after a decade or some crazy shit,because cholesterol is vital to brain function,you can't even make this shit up lol

                this is mostly mine so it may be wrong,I've hit the level and can right my own theories

                when you drink pop the c02 lowers the stomaches ph,so you then eat the protein gluten and its not getting smash by the acid in your gut which is lower then 2ph can burn through a steel table,so then it goes into the intestine,completely ****s up the villa and then all sorts of bad shit happens

                then you got wheat belly guy and food babe talking like chickens blaming wheat

                and well what about this angle

                my wives friend was literally drinking baking soda with her water to "alkinize" herself so she didn't get cancer.

                its like a big thing in health nut world to alkalize their bodies,they can't tell you the ph of blood but heh some guy wanted a like or click on Facebook so lets give it a shot

                    sorry i take things sideways,its my sick mind and humour

                    should have seen me in vegas when the mens olympic volley voll team was on the casino floor,man their big but coward,funny to me but no one else

                    so the salt/potassium axis is funny,not table salt,I'm pushing 5 grams a day of sea and Himalayan,but I'm not jacking my potassium,which is a bad idea.

                    then you really need the magnesium/d and c(ill have to double check,they work on an axis together

                    its like a giant interworking network,which also includes the earth

                    overweight people are actually starving people.

                    in our brains there undeniable emotions,like breathing

                    the reason people can't stop eating-an undeniable emotion-their bodies need nutrients

                    your body isn't lying and they aint gluttons

                    those hunger urges come from what they call the reptile mind-a don't really like that term

                    i've been in ketosis,its the best feeling ever,you basically cut out carbs for a month and run on fat,takes like a month to get there(ballpark)its well documented-you literally don't feel hungry,eat a half dozen eggs,salad,meat body starts running on ketones drop a pound-a ****ing pound of fat a DAY

                    but its the nutrients of the diet-this is mine

                    sugar aint that bad really its glucose and fructose which is just basic energy needs.fructose,fruit sugar turns your liver to hell,i try my best to keep my kids away from fruit juice,normal fruit has fibre and nutrients and the fibre acts as a lattice effect in the gut,it is a really problem lots of fat people keel over with liver disease and the livers between them and an acholic are indistinguishable and that fact is true

                    point being mother nature didn't want us to drink a hundred oranges at a sitting,thats an imbalance and when it comes to her that never works out

                      one of my wifes freinds looks 35 is actually 50 really careful what she eats bit of the stuff cotton talks about balance internally.
                      Cotton mentioned fruit and yeah there are some she will not eat very little potato.
                      Limits her caffiene mostly tea think coffee is a treat weekly.

                      And again like cotton she did the ketosis and switched things around, and she i think has two meals a day and grazes in between quite active.

                        I have read that Germany has the best hospitals in the world for curing cancer patients. They use about half the chemo that we use so the patients do not get as sick. They also put them on a diet that alkalizes their bodies. I have read in a few books that cancer cannot live in a body that has a high PH but will thrive the more acidic it is.
