Rain all day since 3:00a.m. this morning!

now getting heavier again. Won't matter how nice the rest of the week is like, we're finished. Water and mud everywhere, looks worse than fall of 2010. Not sure whether any more field work can be done working in this amount of mud. Freeze up two weeks away now. This farm over a hundred years, and the first time we'll have crop out over winter. Being this far south, and still having crop out is unfathomable. Went to final Taylor field game Sat., couldn't believe all the crop ou all the way along. Mostly flax, but lots of soybeans, durum, canary, swathed canola and swathed wheat? or durum?. Even one field of what looked like peas.
Majority of the rain is staying south of Hwy #13, although it does drift north of there at times, but not as far north as Hwy #1
It's a real soaker, most any other time, it would have been regarded at a great rain for next year.

Rain all day here as well. Fields are completely saturated. Creeks at the top, flooding next. I've never seen it this wet here this time of year.

No rain here today but the fields here were already like you're describing.

Gonna be ugly in the spring here unless we get an early dry spring there's almost a sure thing to have unseeded fields. Just a matter of what percentage.

No rain today but ran out of propane and sitting waiting and waiting and waiting. At 4 it arrived and another load will come later tonight or tomorrow. Got me thinking this drying grain is going to be a huge cost under shit for brains new Carbon tax. I guess I have to use Solar to dry the grain. Oh wait no sun for a month. Maybe wind mills to dry the grain oh wait no wind for a month.

I guess the Idiot didn't think of every thing for his Carbon tax. Its a Tax thats all no thinking at all on this.

All this moisture has the makings of a bumper, better yet a record crop in 2017 . That will be the next f$&king thing we hear from the experts. . Lots of quarters are 30-40 % under water. Unbelievable actually

Case that is funny but sadly some idiot will start talking how all the rain is positive for next years crop when in reality its costing us all acres every single day and winter hasn't even hit yet.

It's such a good feeling that we all will be orate paying this good ole carbon tax . Oh , on top of overly inflated DEF systems that are disfunctional and cost extreemly valuable time - wich is irreplaceable now .

Why are so many resigned to the CARBON TAX? Brad will take the SOB right to Supreme court, perhaps constitutional not with standing clause that is never used. Support him to teach Turdo a lesson in common sense and how f*cking minuscule Canada is in the whole world CO2 emissions. Plus we are a NET sequester so stay the hell out of Sk!

Just 6 months ago it was so dry that we were changing our seeding plans. Just saying, I remember the eighties. Maybe some of you whipper snappers don't. It would be great to turn tap on or off but this is prairie agriculture.

No sorry six months ago it was awesome first time in years we didn't have a abundance of the shitting rain. Seeding was so fun I almost cried. Then May long hit and the shit show began again and its still going till end. Seeding next spring could be a huge issue and thats on every ones mind now. Plus getting this crop off so we can seed these fields next spring.

For some this year is first time they have had to deal with this shit. Funny its not very nice is it. Try dealing with this shit for 15 to 16 years.

                              Excess water is ugly.
