        I was wondering if that was possible, but it would seem like a risk I wouldn't be willing to take. Could be nothing but deer droppings by spring, but I doubt that will be an acceptable repayment medium. Must have to be some kind of insurance backing it up?

            If there was an ounce of brain in both ag departments they would pay out the crop insurance and if there is grain in the spring you pay it back. They have all the info they have the staff to handle this.
            It s not going to be much more money anyway because most people are at their coverage or above already if they harvested even half their acres because the coverage is so shitty.

            But hey we have a disaster program right? Or should we say the program is a disaster??
