Have bought the drill bits...expensive, but I do like them. Bought a plasma cutter and when it showed up, wasn't thrilled...returned it and all turned out well. But they will phone lots....

Big time scam. They are from California. They never give up. They were phoning every guy in area a couple years ago. I used up just about all the space for blocked numbers on my phone because of them.I havn't heard from them since then (touch wood). When they called they were very aggressive and foul mouthed so a polite **** off never really fizzed on them. Good luck hope it was a one time thing.

Pretty sure you can buy the same bits anywhere else for 1/2 the price they are asking.

They are just cobalt drill bits. Yes, they are very good and maybe the best metallurgy out there as far as drill bits go. I just bought a great cobalt set on sale at Canadian Tire for about $40. Keep far away from Ace Industrial. I've read on NAT about their bit scam. Seems only one bit is free and they then bill you a crazy amount for the rest of the set or something like that. They will hound you like a collection agency for the total or just outright sell the debt to a debt collector. Ace Industrial used to be a machinist supply outlet and were a legit source of end mills and lathe carbides until whoever owns them now bought the name and uses it to scam. We get a couple calls a month from them. I always politely ask to be taken off their list and they always say they will but the calls haven't stopped.

My wife asked one salesman if he thought his mother was proud of his work. Lol. Wound him right up. Good times... Good times...

Been calling for years, I just tell to STOP the F*ck calling me. Doesn't understand that either, we just hang up now, if we accidentally answer the prick.

I hung up on those pricks and they called 6 times in a row after. What a bunch of psychopaths.

These guys have called me too. I told them to send me a sample bit and I would try it. They said they would send a complete set and leave an open invoice. I said I dont think so i told them to send me a catalogue. I have never received one. I am glad i have joined this site as i have been following it for about 3 years hoping to get some marketing tips. Which I have and to see how things are in other parts of the country
