    Shift in poles?

    Rather strange the storm moving east to west...hello winter

    Issued at 2016-11-28 10:40AM CST by Environment Canada: Snowfall warning continued for: Moosomin - Grenfell - Kipling - Wawota, Sask. (063200) Carlyle - Oxbow - Carnduff - Bienfait - Stoughton, Sask. (063300) Current details: A long period of snowfall, with total amounts of 20 to 30 cm is expected. Prolonged snowfall event for southwest Manitoba and southeast Saskatchewan expected to bring total amounts of 20 to 30 cm by Wednesday. A developing low pressure system over southeastern North Dakota will progress slowly northward and stall over eastern North Dakota later today. Snow, heavy at times has begun this morning in most regions except for Swan River where it is still approaching from the east. The snow will continue through Wednesday, gradually diminishing with time. Winds will also strengthen causing some reduced visibilities in blowing snow at times.
