Who Signed CWB Feed Barley Contracts?

A question that SSHIELS asked in another thread (I took some editorial privelege by the way).

1) Did anyone sign the CWB guaranteed delivery contract? Why?

2) What kind of trucking incentives are grain companies offering for CWB feed barley?

3) Are you delivering lighter weight feed barley on this contract? Say a 2CW?

4) How confident are you the CWB will manage feed barley contracting/pooling results in a way that insures the current PRO is a reality and not an empty promise? Are you using the EPO?

I am not a producer, but I know that some unnamed companies are paying up to $10 a tonne trucking premiums on feed barley to the CWB.
