Do you remember the days of the CWB where inter-provincial trade prevented western farners from accessing markets other than internal markets? Wheat in Ontario could be sold for much higher proces. Well a NB entrepreneur imported beer at half the price from Quebec. Course he was charged but he won because there has been a long-standing law that anything grown or manufactured in one province can move freely to any province in Canada. WTH, where were our lawyers when farmers were being threatened by the courts? Vive le Canada!
