Haven't the Saudis shitcanned their desalination water irrigation project?

They paid $31.5 million for 1790 acres. Should be easy to make a profit at those super cheap land prices. They love California's preferencial water rights for agriculture, while the rest of the water users are forced to conserve as in rip out the lawns and pull out the hot tubs. Like that would work here!

I believe a lot of California's problems are self induced by environmental loons.

They have potential to build several dams which would alleviate their issues.....but you know they have to have the horned owl society, Starbucks sippers coalition and Al Gore foundation approve first.
