Is no where in the grain grading guide and is not a grade determinant.
Is said it's specs are determined by end users.
Is said testing results can vary greatly...procedural issues and sloppiness.
As far as I'm concerned ridiculously low tolerances without proper price premiums for grain that does fall into the high grades.
I can see tolerances easing up in the future but in the meantime how much value was lost at the farmgate?
