Wow, canola is flying out the door! Likely a symptom of low grade wheat that isn't paying the bills and the late harvest.

-Flax? $12.50 N/C AOG bids available.
          -Lentils, by type?
          -Peas, green/yellow?
-Canary seed, should rename it Squirrel Seed because does anyone ever really know how much is squirrelled away.
-Mustard, by type...yellow was "hot" last year.

....and then there was durum, the most magical grain ever, how it can magically be bought as a 4 maybe even a 5 and sold as a 3! Or a 3 a 2. Or a 2 a 1.
CGC's estimated grade distribution sure doesn't match the CGC report of grades shipped by GrainCos. Shipments of Ones and twos are a bit higher. Threes are dramatically higher and 4/5 is drastically lower. Is all the poor quality still in Producer's hands? .....until it's in commercial hands anyway! Want to see the curve move and change shape?---look at Weber's January 13th Wheat Buddy Newsletter. Price discovery? Fish in a barrel!

#3 durum should be a buck or more higher. It is subsidizing the low grade stuff

Was thinking of switching to some new high yielding HRSW variety but when my ole tried and true Glenn bin run goes #1 with zero fungicides. Leaning towards sticking with it or is the new grass greener?
