I am sure JT will double up the help. Don't hold your breath for any "help" for farmers anytime in the next 3 years

PM Selfie invests $372 million in a "loan" format to a perpetual money pit in the Liberal hotbed of Montreal, Quebec. Likely did a study to see how this $ would effect votes before dishing out funds.
So I guess jets built in Montreal that burn massive amounts of fossil fuels are good but the oil supply in western Canada is evil. 🙈

On the same day the Liberals vote to tax health and dental benefits offered by companies.

The deal should be only for development of battery powered jets

Maybe build something useful instead of funny looking 3 wheeled motorcycles or $30grand side by sides. That market is headed for a death spiral.

BRP is not Bombardier, two separate companies. The plane/train guys are the money pit!
But it is all peachy groovy if from "Quebec"!

The head of bombardier makes a 7 digit salary and they haven't started paying back the last interest free loan back in 2008.

We are talking a large amount of taxpayers dollars.

What about Cargill receiving over half a million dollars from the Ontario Government? Just as with the previous Con administrations at both Fed and Provincial level there seems to be no qualms about just handing taxpayer money to beef processing companies with no requirement to pay back yet through BSE they resolutely refused to provide bridge financing to proposed start-up producer owned packing plants.

                            here's the link

Agreed it's just as stupid.....after BSE and now TB there should be a designated slaughterhouse for old cows and things like that so there is a place to still capture value after inspection.

How else can you grow an industry like cattle in Saskatchewan without a slaughterhouse......
