      It is fairly accurate some old timers say wind or rain in 3 days or 3 months.

            Third week of May sounds just about right. Rain will get it all germinated, let's hope Newguy. Gonna mark it on the calendar and will report then.

                as far as foroasting 3 months in advance I believe more in the fog theory than any weather man.Should be a rain in late April also but that one could be the big wind.
