I agree, all empires eventually fall. My hope for trump is that he will be able to bring back some of the things that originally made america great, pride in country, good work ethic, good morals, do what's best for the country, etc.

On the question of Trump. Even if you think his policies are good, it is pretty clear he is not credible.

Many Republicans have cast doubt on his abilities and credibilty. He likes to blame the media and cast doubt on any stories that are the least bit critical. He has been critical of the FBI, CIA and intelligence community.

Remember this is the guy who said he knows more than all the Generals when it comes to ISIS. Perhaps you believe him?

Candidate says we can have more services and lower taxes under new leadership.
More often than not, does not work out that way.
Voters who believed unrealistic promises as much to blame as those who made them.

Its a tough job for a tough guy. Let's see if Trump can kick Isis? I sort of think it's like pounding your head against a brick wall myself, but then I don't know more than the FBI.

Who knows what's actually going on but I find it interesting that on one hand Trump is in with the Russians and they have proof but now Trump calls them out for wire-tapping and it's all denial.
One could argue that maybe Obama, personally did not know what was going on but it sure looks like some kind of surveillance is public knowledge.
